脑钠肽在慢性肾脏病及其心血管并发症中的新进展 被引量：3

摘要 B型脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide,BNP）是一个由32个氨基酸残基构成的多肽类神经激素。心肌细胞分泌N-末端B型脑钠肽前体（N-terminal pro-natriuretic peptide,NT-proB-NP）,并通过膜结合丝氨酸蛋白酶被裂解为具有生物活性的BNP及76种含无活性氨基末端片段的氨基酸。
