摘要
CS8 8 31CN是用于语音录放的单片CMOSLSI,采用ADM (自适应增量调制 )。它与动态RAM以及包括话筒、扬声器、放大器等的音频电路共同构成一个完整的语音录放系统。
The CS8831CN is a single chip CMOS LSI for voice recording/play-back using the ADM(Adaptive Delta Modulation).It composes a voice recording system with a dynamic RAM for voice memory and an audio circuit including a microphone,speaker,amplifier,etc.as an external circuit.In this paper,we present the methods how to test a digital and anolog IC by using a digital test system.
