淋巴瘤患者血浆和PBMC EBV定量测定的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较分析淋巴瘤患者血浆和外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)EBV~DNA的阳性率及病毒栽量。方法采用荧光定量PCR法,对56例淋巴瘤患者(霍奇金淋巴瘤13例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤43例)血浆和PBMCEBV—DNA进行定量测定,比较分析两种样本的EB病毒阳性率及EBV载量的差异。结果淋巴瘤患者血浆EBV—DNA阳性率(26.8%)与PBMCEBV—DNA阳性率(32.1%)之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);EB阳性淋巴瘤患者血浆与PBMC的EBV栽量之间差异也无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论荧光定量PCR检测血浆EBV—DNA具有较好的特异性和敏感性,血浆EBV—DNA定量可以代替PBMCEBV—DNA定量作为监测EBv阳性淋巴瘤疗效的一个生物标志。 Objective The aim of this study to compare and analyse the positive ratio and virus load of plasma and PBMC EBV-DNA of lymphoma. Methods Plasma and PBMC EBV-DNA of 56 patients with lymphoma were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The EBV positive ratio and EBV-DNA load were analyzed. Results The difference of positive ratio of plasma (26.8 %) and PBMC (32. 1%) EBV-DNA of lymphoma was not significant (P〉0. 05). Meanwhile,the difference of EBV load was also not significant (P〉0. 05). Conclusions The analysis of plasma EBV-DNA by real-time quantitative PCR possesses good specificity and sensitivity. The quantitative analysis of plasma EBV-DNA instead of PBMC EBV-DNA would he a biomarker of monitoring therapeutic effect of EBV-positive lymphoma.
