社会分层、住房分层消费和城市阶层空间分异之间有着必然的联系,回顾住房制度的实际执行情况,从社会学视角来看存在一系列的问题:住房制度本身存在社会排斥性、多层次的供给体系导致了阶层空间分异、保障性住房不够经济等等,基于此从而为住房制度的进一步改革提出相关建议。

There is a relationship in social stratification、classical housing consumption and urban class space.To review the actual implementation of the housing system,from a sociological view there are a number of issues： social exclusion of the housing system,and levels of the supply system has led to class differentiation of space,and social indemnificatory housing is not economic,etc.and then to make relevant recommendations for further reform of the housing system.
