基于关键事件技术的课堂评价与分析

摘要 本文采用关键事件技术(CIT)搜集学生对课堂教学的书面评语,对学生提出的引起他们满意和不满意的事实进行分类和分析。通过解读和剖析导致学生满意和不满意的原因,寻求提高学生满意度及教学质量的正确解决办法。调查结果发现改进课堂教学质量和提高学生满意度的最重要的途径是:采取与学生特征匹配且灵活多样的教学方式并打造复合型、服务型、反思型的教师队伍。伴随教改的深入,课程和教学质量控制的重点就应当从外部评估转向一线教师的自我控制。CIT技术为教学改进提供了有价值的线索,有较高的应用价值。 This paper collected students' writing reviews of classroom teaching,classified and analyzed the favorable and unfavorable incidents which caused students' satisfactions and dissatisfactions based on critical incident technique(CIT).Thought interpreting and analyzing students' satisfactions and dissatisfactions,search a right solution to improve students' degree of satisfaction and teaching quality.The survey results that improve teaching quality and students' degree of satisfaction is to adopt teaching method that match students feature,flexible and diverse teaching methods and to create composite-type,service-oriented,reflective teachers.With the deepening of educational reform,focal point of curriculum and teaching quality should change the external assessment to teachers' self control.CIT provides valuable clues for teaching improvement,has high valuable application.
