Women have taken the lead in some of the world＇s toughest economic and political environments over the past year. However, Grant Thornton＇s International Business Review （IBR） 2012 survey revealed, from other perspectives, women＇s roles in business. Data contained in the report were drawn from 6,000 interviews with business leaders between November 2011 and February 2012.
