摘要
[目的]观察多酶清洗剂温度及清洗时间对清洗效果的影响,探讨多酶清洗剂的最佳清洗条件。[方法]将稀释浓度为1∶125的多酶清洗液按照不同温度分为3组:常温(10℃~20℃)、30℃和50℃,将同等大小的X光胶片置入其中,观察放置1h、2h和5h时胶片表面有机物脱落情况。[结果]3组多酶清洗剂清洗X线胶片表面有机物的效果不同:常温组1h、2h和5h胶片表面有机物脱落达一半以上的阳性率分别为10%、20%和45%;30℃组3个时间点阳性率分别为35%、60%和85%;50℃组3个时间点阳性率分别为60%、80%和100%,各组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]多酶清洗剂对X线胶片的清洗效果随温度和时间的增加而增强,尤其在50℃的多酶清洗液放置5h清洗效果最好。
Objective:To observe the cleaning effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent in different temperatures and different sterilization time,and probe into the best cleaning conditions of multi-enzyme cleaning agent.Methods:The multi-enzyme cleaning fluid with dilution concentration of 1∶125 was divided into 10 ℃~20 ℃ group,30 ℃ group and 50 ℃ group based on different temperatures,and the X-ray films with equal size were placed in above solution,then to observe the shedding of organic matter on the film surface after 1 h,2 h and 5 h.Results:The cleaning effect of all three groups of multi-enzyme cleaning fluid had temperature-time dependence;in 10 ℃~20 ℃ group,positive rate of shedding of more than 50% organic matter was respective 10%,20% and 45% in 1 h,2 h and 5 h subgroups.In 30 ℃ group the positive rate was respective 35%、60% and 85%,in 50 ℃ group the positive rate was respective 60%、80% and 100%.There was statistical significant difference in the positive rate among all groups(P0.001).Conclusion:The cleaning effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent for X-ray films is increased with the temperature and time increasing,especially 50 ℃ multi-enzyme cleaning fluid which is placed for 5 h has the best effect.
