摘要
[目的]观察柔性管理对内分泌科护士自我概念的影响。[方法]对内分泌科护士实施柔性管理,管理前后应用田纳西自我概念量表测试护士自我概念的变化。[结果]实施柔性管理前后道德自我、社会自我、自我批评得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余因子及自我概念总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]实施柔性管理能较好地提高内分泌科护士的自我概念水平。
Objective:To observe the influence of flexible management on self-concept of nurses in department of endocrinology.Methods: The flexible management was carried out for nurses in department of endocrinology,and the change of nurses' self-concept was tested by using Tennessee self-concept scale respectively before and after management.Results: There was no statistical significant difference in moral self score,society self score and self-criticism score before and after management(P0.05);and there was statistical significant difference in total score of the rest factors and self-concept(P0.01).Conclusion:Implementation of flexible management can better enhance self-concept level of nurses in department of endocrinology.
