摘要 妊娠急性脂肪肝（AFLP）是发生于妊娠晚期的与线粒体脂肪酸氧化障碍有关的,以肝细胞大脂肪性变为主要特征的急性重症肝炎,临床罕见,起病急、进展快、预后凶险,母婴死亡率分别达75%及85% [1],并发多脏器功能不全综合征（MOF）后病死率高达80%～90% [2].
