摘要 混凝土质量超声CT检测中,为了对混凝土质量进行准确评估,对成像精度有很高要求,由于混凝土自身结构的不均匀性,经典算法很难满足高精度层析计算要求,容易导致检测结果失效。提出了一种基于混沌搜索和自然权函数的改进模拟退火算法,首先采用弯曲射线追踪方法确定最终路径,而后引入了混沌搜索和自然权函数对路径进行反演修正,改善模拟退火算法准确度,最后对结构进行层析计算和成像。数值仿真实验表明:改进算法计算结果更加准确有效,成像分辨力得到了明显改善。 During ultrasonic computerized tomography(CT) testing of concrete structure quality, in order to obtain an accurate evaluation to concrete quality, the high imaging accuracy is needed. Because of the non-uniformity of concrete structure, it is difficult for classic algorithm to meet the requirement of high tomography computation accuracy, and even disabled result will be obtained. An improved simulation annealing (SA) algorithm based on chaos search and natural weight function is presented. Firstly, curving ray tracing method is applied to determine the final propagation path, and then chaos search and natural weight function are introduced to modify the path and improve the accuracy of simulation annealing-backfire algorithm, and the CT image of structure is calculated and obtained by the algorithm. Numerical simulation results show that the improved algorithm is more effective and accurate, and imaging resolution is improved obviously.
