摘要
电子电气设备中使用的电线一般是多股裸铜线或覆银铜线绞合而成的。由于电线内各芯线在电线内位置不同,受力状态也不同,断裂后同一根电线内的不同芯线可能呈现不同的断裂模式,同时由于电线芯线与大型构件相比较尺寸较小(最细仅为0.05 mm);因此,电线断裂分析也不同于一般传统意义上的断口分析。分析了电线断裂失效的原因及特点,为设计和工艺人员在提高电线可靠性设计时提供参考。
Electric wires often consist of several silver-coated or bare copper conductors. Because of their different position, the core conductors in the same electric wire are under the effect of different stress, and they may present different fracture modes during the fracture of the wire. In addition, because of their relatively small size, the failure analysis process of electric wires differs from that of other large components. In the present work, the failure causes and characteristics of electric wires were discussed and summarized. The results can be used to improve the reliability of the wires in design and using.
