摘要
某气瓶组在充气试验中,当压力上升至28 MPa时,固定其中一只气瓶的一根包带在铆接部位发生断裂。综合运用扫描电镜对断口宏观微观特征进行观察,运用金相显微镜对显微组织进行检查,运用光谱分析仪对材料的化学成分进行分析,运用万能电子试验机对包带拉伸性能进行了测定。结果表明:由于铆接过程控制不到位,在铆孔边缘萌生裂纹,在应力作用下裂纹扩展并导致了断裂的发生,过度墩粗的铆接工艺以及毛毡的磨损对断裂的发生起到了促进作用。
A wrap belt of a gas bottle fractured at the riveting area during gas inflation testing when the pressure rose to 28MPa. The fracture cause was analyzed by macro and micro observation with SEM, microstructure examination with OEM, chemical composition analysis with ICP, and tensile test with a universal electronic tester. The results indicate that cracks initiated at rivet hole edge as the riveting process was out of control. Under the effect of stress, cracks propagated and finally the wrap belt fractured. Excessive upsetting of the riveting process and the felt abrasion promoted the fracture.
