恐惧诉求提高青光眼病人局部用药的依从性研究

Reasearch on fear appeals to enhance compliance for patients with glaucoma to topical medication

[目的]探讨恐惧诉求对青光眼病人局部用药遵医嘱行为的影响。[方法]类实验设计,方便抽取2010年1月—2010年6月我院眼科门诊就诊的青光眼病人192例,采用抛硬币法将研究对象分为实验组与对照组,在常规门诊就诊流程结束后,实验组接受由护士透过海报信息解说方式施予的恐惧诉求,对照组则不给予恐惧诉求信息。2周后以电话回访方式就两组遵医嘱行为再次询问,比较两组病人遵医行为的差异。[结果]两组病人资料基线有可比性。2周后,实验组病人遵医行为得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]恐惧诉求对青光眼病人局部用药依从性具有明显促进作用。

Objective：To probe into the influence of the fear appeal on topical medication compliance behavior of glaucoma patients.Methods：A quasi-experimental design,192 cases of glaucoma patients were selected conveniently in our hospital from ophthalmology outpatient from January to June in 2010.These patients were divided into experimental group and control group by throwing a coin law studies,after the routine outpatient process finished,the experimental group received fear appeals through the way of interpretation of poster information by nurses,the control group were not given a fear appeal messages.2 weeks later,the two groups were called return about compliance to doctor＇s advice,compared two groups of patients＇compliance behavior difference.Results： The two groups of patients＇ data baseline have comparability.After two weeks,the patients in the experimental group compliance scored higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： Fear appeals can promote the local medication compliance of glaucoma patients.
