摘要
对单机器生产系统循环投放的特性进行了研究 ,给出了当最优生产周期等于平衡生产周期时快速进入最优轨线的方法和步骤 ,以及储存空间任意一点快速进入最优轨线时间的计算公式。对多产品单机器生产系统的循环策略的特性作了进一步研究 ,讨论了更一般情况 ,即最优生产周期大于平衡生产周期的最优轨线 ,给出了确定最优生产周期的方法。
Inventory management is one of important area where Industrial Engineering has had a significant impact.Control models for inventory control can be traced back to the beginning of this century (Harris,1913).For the single machine production system, with the condition of optimal cycle time equals to balance time,Xiong and Leachman [9] find a real optimal buffer trajectory which is independent on initial inventory, and have a formula to calculate the time from any point in inventory space to the optimal buffer trajectory.We can stabilize the system on the optimal trajectory with quickly balance technology to save money for the manufacturers.This paper extends the result, and discusses the case of optimal cycle time great to balance time and propose an algorithm to decide the optimal cycle time.
