儿科护士专业自主性的调查与分析 被引量:10

Investigation and analysis on professional autonomy of pediatric nurses

摘要 [目的]调查儿科护士专业自主性的现状,分析影响专业自主性的因素,为提高儿科护士的专业自主性水平提供借鉴。[方法]便利选取广州市某三级甲等儿童医院550名从事临床工作的儿科护士,采用一般资料问卷和护理专业自主性问卷进行现况调查。以一般资料中的各个变量为自变量,专业自主性总分为应变量,建立多元逐步回归方程。[结果]儿科护士的专业自主性程度处于中等水平;年龄、婚姻状况、有无子女、学历、职务、工龄与专业自主性有相关性(P<0.05或<0.001);职务和婚姻状况是影响儿科护士专业自主性的主要因素。[结论]管理者应该为提高护士的专业自主性创造条件,以确保医疗环境的安全运行。
