桂林市某监测点2007～2010年死因动态分析

Dynamic analysis for the major death causes in the surveillance spot of the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University between 2007 and 2010

目的了解桂林市居民死因分布情况,为制定传染病、慢性非传染性疾病、伤害的防控措施提供依据。方法对桂林市某死因监测点2007～2010年监测资料进行统计分析。结果共报告死亡2468例,男性:女性=1.82:1。死因顺位第1位男性、女性均为恶性肿瘤,第2～5位死因顺位男性与女性略有不同;而传染病和寄生虫病、伤害的死因顺位有上升趋势。结论以恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、心脑血管疾病为代表的慢性非传染性疾病、传染病和寄生虫病、伤害成为严重威胁桂林市居民生命和健康的主要疾病。

Objective To understand the distribution of death causes of the residents in Guilin so as to provide basis for formulating measures to prevent and control the infectious diseases,chronic non-commnunicable diseases and hurt.Methods The data collected between 2007-2010 by a death causes surveillance spot of Guilin were analyzed.Results 2468 cases were reported dead,the death proporation of male and female was 1.82:1.The leading killer for male and female was malignant tumor,the second to the fifth main death causes for male and female was different,while the sequence of death causes by infectious diseases,parasitic diseases and hurt showed a rising tendency.Conclusion chronic non-commnunicable diseases typified by malignant tumor,respiratory diseases and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,infectious diseases,parasitic diseases and hurt have become the main diseases posing a serious threat to the health of the residents of Guilin.
