摘要 再生有色金属产业,作为我国战略性新兴产业节能环保领域的重要组成部分,越来越受到国家政策的重视和支持。发展再生有色金属产业,不仅是解决我国有色金属原材料短缺的客观需要,更是发展循环经济和推行节能环保的内在要求。实现再生有色金属产业可持续发展必须着力破解产业发展中存在的困局。
