Epigenetic regulation and gastric cancer

胃癌的发生是机体内外环境因素共同影响的结果。研究表明，外界环境因素通过DNA甲基化和（或）去甲基化修饰、组蛋白修饰及小分子RNA等表观遗传学修饰途径调控细胞生长、发育过程中关键基因的表达变化，从而在胃癌的发生及发展过程中发挥重要作用。

The initiation and development of gastric cancer is due to the effects from both external and internal factors. Recent researches show that external environment factors regulate and control the key genes expression during the process of cell＇s growth and development through epigenetic modification such as DNA methylatiou or demethylation, histone modification and small RNA, thus playing an important role in gastric cancer＇s occurrence and development.
