下颌骨成釉细胞癌-原发型伴颌下淋巴结转移1例

成釉细胞癌-原发型是一种少见的原发型牙源性恶性肿瘤,临床报道较少。本文报道1例下颌骨成釉细胞癌-原发型伴颌下淋巴结转移患者,并结合文献资料,对其临床组织病理学特征、诊断和治疗等进行讨论。

Ameloblastic carcinoma-primary type is a rare odontogenic epithelial malignant tumor,with few clinical reports.We reported a case of ameloblastic carcinoma-primary type with malignant submandibular lymph nodes.Combined with the literature,we discussed its clinical pathological features,diagnosis,and treatment.
