摘要 近年来随着生命科学、材料科学以及相关各学科的发展,人们对年轻恒牙的再生能力有了新的认识。再生性牙髓治疗作为牙髓坏死后一种新的治疗方式,因其可能带来的较传统治疗方法更为理想的预后开始成为研究的热点。其中根管内血运重建以其简便易行,成本相对较低,不涉及免疫排斥和伦理问题等优势获得了人们的关注。本文将就该治疗方式的发展历史及其在年轻恒牙牙髓坏死治疗中的应用等方面作一综述。 In recent years,with the development of life science,materials science and related disciplines,people have had a new understanding about the immature permanent teeth's ability to regenerate.The regenerative en-dodontics as a new treatment of pulp necrosis,which may bring more desirable outcomes than the conventional treatment,has become a research focus.As one of the regenerative treatments,pulp revascularization has advantages such as convenience,relatively low cost,lack of immune rejection and ethical issues involved and has gained attention.This article will review the history and the development of this method,as well as its application in the treatment of pulp necrosis of immature permanent teeth.
