甘草泻心汤加减治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡临床观察

A Clinical Study on the Effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的:观察甘草泻心汤治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法1:03例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予维生素口服和锡类散外敷,治疗组给予甘草泻心汤煎剂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.08%,对照组有效率为63.46%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组对复发性阿弗他溃疡的治疗效果明显优于对照组。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Gancao Xiexin decoction in the treatment of patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer.Method：103 patient with recurrent aphthous ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with vitamin and Xilei powder,the treatment group was treated with Gancao Xiexin decoction.Result：The effective rate in treatment group was 96.08% and that in control group was 63.46%.There was a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.
