文章概述了Toll样受体的生物学功能和信号传导通路,介绍了呼吸道合胞病毒感染与TLRs的关系,展望了TLRs研究的方向,旨在为临床上采用中医药在微观领域治疗RSV感染性疾病提供思路。
The article summarizes biological function and signal transduction pathway of Toll-like receptors,introduces the relationship between respiratory syncytial virus infection with TLRs,and look forward to the direction of TLRs research,so as to provide a train of thought on Chinese medicine treating RSV infectious diseases in microcosmic field.
