中药复方治疗肺纤维化文献分析

Document Analysis on Pulmonary Fibrosis Treated with Compound Prescription of Chinese Medicine

目的:初步探讨中药复方治疗肺纤维化的治法、用药规律和文献现状。方法:检索CBM、CNKI和TCM数据库中2000—2010年间中药复方治疗肺纤维化的文献,对符合纳入标准的文献进行分析。结果:共纳入80篇进行分析,其中临床研究23篇,动物实验42篇,专家经验15篇。涉及中医治法10种、常用中药67味。常用的中医治法是活血法、益气法、养阴法和通络法。结论:益气活血通络是治疗肺纤维化常用治法,在选方用药时可选择相关中药随证加减。针对肺纤维化有必要进行深入的实验研究和符合循证医学原则的临床研究,以充分发挥中医药优势。

Objective：The methods and herbs which used on treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in Chinese Medicine prescription were preliminarly discussed.Methods：Search the CBM,CNKI and TCM databases from the year 2001 to 2011,analyse the documents which are corresponded with the inclusion criteria.Results：80 documents are brought into analysis,including 23 clinical studies,42 animal experiments and 15 expertises.There are totally 10 therapeutic methods,67 frequently used Chinese herbal drugs.Conclusion：Benefiting vital energy,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals are commonly used therapeutic methods.So we usually choose relevant Chinese herbs to treat pulmonary fibrosis.We still need in-depth research to confirm the validity of compound prescription of Chinese Medicine.
