《名医类案》、《续名医类案》判断死亡时间方法探析

Study on Methods of Judging Death Time in Cases in Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians and Supplement to The Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians

对《名医类案》、《续名医类案》中判断死亡时间的医案及含有患者死亡时间的医案进行研究,以探讨古代医家判断死亡时间的方法。结果表明,两部医案中判断死亡时间的准确率为83.3%。脉法是古代医家判断死亡时间最常用的诊法,五行生克理论是最常用的推断死亡时间的理论工具。对于正气盛衰的把握应贯穿于始终,因为它是决定死期远近的关键,也决定了以理论工具推断及参考经验死期判断死亡时间的步骤先后。

To discuss methods of judging death time of ancient physicians,cases containing time of death in Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians and Supplement to the Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians were studied.The result shows that accuracy of judging death time in those cases was 83.3%,and diagnosis by feeling the pulse and Five Element theory were the most use in predicting time of death.It also refers that the power of vital Qi is key to confirming the length of time to death,and key to confirming when to predict according to experience.
