Overview of Colorectal Cancer's Treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicine

综述了中医中药在大肠癌治疗中的作用。大肠癌是肠道恶性肿瘤之一,目前,早期治疗仍以手术为主,中、晚期的治疗以放、化疗为主。近年来研究发现,外科治疗手段配合中医中药治疗,对于降低患者的复发率,减轻放、化疗副反应以及延长患者的生存期,改善患者生存质量等方面有着重要意义。

The role of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer was reviewed.Colorectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors in intestine.At present,in the early stage surgery is the main treatment and in the late stage the main treatments include radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Recent studies have found that surgical treatment with Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce relapse rate and radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects,prolong survival period,and improve patient life quality.
