近些年来,随着慢性肾脏疾病患者日益增多,研究更加广泛深入,众医家对于蛋白尿能加速肾脏病进展的认识也愈发趋于一致。目前普遍认为,蛋白尿的多少直接关系到对肾脏病诊断、治疗和预后的判断,由于其本身能够加重肾脏损伤,故与慢性肾衰进展速度紧密相关。因此,积极治疗蛋白尿,对于减轻肾脏损害,延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展将起到至关重要的作用。

In recent years,with the increasing number of patients with chronic kidney disease,research is more extensive and in-depth,all the physicians understanding of proteinuria can accelerate the progress of kidney disease also become more consistent.Now widely recognized that proteinuria directly related to kidney disease diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the judgment itself can aggravate kidney damage,it is closely related with chronic renal failure rate of progress.Therefore,aggressive treatment of proteinuria,will play a crucial role for reducing kidney damage,delay the progress of chronic renal insufficiency.
