活胃方合穴位埋线治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Effect of Huowei Decoction Combined Catgut Embedding Therapy in The Treatment of Chronic erosive gastritis

目的:评价活胃方合穴位埋线治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组以活胃方合穴位埋线治疗;对照组给予西药治疗。结果:治疗组的症状积分比和糜烂病灶愈合的总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活胃方合穴位埋线治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的疗效理想,值得进一步研究与推广。

Objective T：o evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huowei Decoction plus Catgut Embedding Therapy for Chronic erosive gastritis.Methods 6：0 patients were randomly divided into two groups 3：0 in treatment group and 30 in the control group.treatment group treated with Huowei decoction plus catgut embedding therapy c;ontrol group treated with Western medicine.Results ：The symptom Integral ratio integral and erosive lesion healing in the total efficiency of treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：Huowei decoction plus catgut embedding therapy for chronic erosive gastritis has good effect.So it is worthy of further study and clinical application extensively.
