逐瘀开郁汤治疗脑出血后抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation on Athymia after Hemorrhagic Stroke Treated by Zhuyukaiyu Decoction

目的:探讨逐瘀开郁汤治疗脑出血后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将70例脑出血后抑郁患者随机分为两组,在常规治疗原发病的基础上,治疗组加用自拟逐瘀开郁汤治疗,对照组加用帕罗西丁片治疗,分别于治疗前后进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果:HAMD评分减分率优于对照组,总有效率亦优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀开郁汤可以改善脑出血后抑郁症状和有利于神经功能的恢复。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect on athymia of hemorrhagic stroke treated by Zhuyukaiyu decoction.Method：70 cases were randomly divided into two groups,cases in the treatment group were treated by Zhuyukaiyu decoction and cases in the control group treated by Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of routine therapy.Hamilton depression Rating Scale（HAMD）and the neumlogie impairment were scored before and after treatment.Results：The score of HAMD in the treatment group was lowed significantly as compared with that in the control group,the effective rate of treating group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）,The score of the neumlogie impairment in the treatment group was lowed significantly as compared with that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zhuyukaiyu decoction can improve symptom of athymia after hemorrhagic stroke,and recover nerve function.
