摘要
国家体质健康监测中心依靠监测控制自动化系统来实现对全国23个省、5个自治区、2个特别行政区的的国民体质健康监测控制,即时掌握30个自治州、283个地级市、374个县级市、2488个县的大中小幼学校、社区体质健康情况。监测控制技术是综合地运用以电子计算机为核心的各种技术设备,通过测试信息收集分系统、测试信息传输分系统、测试信息处理分系统、测试信息显示分系统、国家体质监测中心监控分系统和执行分系统这6个分系统组成的实现监测控制自动化系统。即时、可视地自动的完成国民体质健康信息收集、传递、处理的研究。
The national physical health monitoring center relies on an auto system to achieve the monitoring and control of the national physical health for country's 23 provinces,5 autonomous regions and 2 Special administrative regions.The center realizes the instant control of the physical health situation of communities and schools at all levels,from pre-school programs to universities in country's 30 autonomous prefectures,283 prefecture-level cities,374 county-level cities and 2488 counties.Monitoring and control technology is used to provide the monitoring and control automation systems which depend on a variety of computer equipments and are based on the test information collection subsystems,the test information transmission subsystem,the test information processing subsystems,the test information display subsystem,the monitoring and controlling subsystem of the national physique monitoring center and the executive subsystem.Finally,realize the system to automatically collect,transmit,and process the National Physical Health information in a real-time and visible way.
