腕踝针配合体针红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture and Body Acupuncture-Infrared Therapy

目的:探讨运用腕踝针配合体针红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用腕踝针配合体针红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症53例(治疗组),并设单纯体针红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症49例作为对照组,观察对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床治愈率及总有效率分别为73.58%和96.23%,而对照组分别为48.97%和91.84%。经成组设计两样本比较的秩和检验(Mann-Whitney Test),统计量Z=2.528,P=0.011,按α=0.05水准,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针配合体针红外线治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果优于单纯体针红外线治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture and body acupuncture-infrared therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods：To apply wrist-ankle acupuncture and body acupuncture-infrared therapy to treat 53 cases（healing group）,and set up a control group of 49 cases treated with simple body acupuncture-infrared therapy.Results：The cure rate of 73.58% and total effective rate of 96.23% in healing group were better than these of 48.97% and 91.84% in control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined therapy of wrist-ankle acupuncture and body acupuncture-infrared therapy is superior to simple body acupuncture-infrared therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
