精细化临床医学院医学生工作制度与流程的探讨

Considerations on Refining Systems and Processes of the Work about Students in School of Clinical Medicine

长期以来,由于临床医学院学生工作规章制度存在着缺乏完整性、规范性的问题,导致临床医学院学生工作大多是遵循校本部的规章制度执行的,这些规章制度对于临床医学院来说缺乏一定的针对性。临床医学院原有的相应工作制度,也存在着泛化的问题,且分项学生工作也没有精细的流程可以遵循,这就给临床医学院学生工作人员,特别是新参加工作的人员造成了一定的工作难度。基于此类问题,我们就精细化临床医学院学生工作制度与流程的内容与实施进行了探讨与实践,希望能改变临床医学院学生工作笼统化、泛化的现状,对提高临床医学院学生工作水平,起到良好的作用。

For a long time, the lack of integrity and standardization in the work about students in school of clinical medicine led to it still adhere to rules and regulations of school cadre, which are not enough for the work in school of clinical medicine. There also exists the problem of generalization in original work regulations in school of clinical medicine, and no meticulous work process about students to be followed, which bring trouble to the clinical staff who take charge in the work about students, especial to the new staff. In that case, the systems and regulations of the work about students are refined, discussed and practiced in our hospital, in order to resolve the problems of generalization, to play a good role in improving the level of work about students in school of clinical medicine.
