摘要
2012年3月5日,国务院总理温家宝在十一届全国人大五次会议上所作的政府工作报告受到了社会各界的广泛关注,他在报告中曾70次提及改革,愈发引人深思。医疗体制改革一直是关乎每个人的切身利益,本人就如何理解改革的精神、如何深化医改等问题提出几点自己的见解。
On March 5^th, 2012, Premier Wen Jiabao gave a report of government work at the Fifth Session of the Eleventh National People＇s Congress, which got much attention in social circles. In the report, he mentioned the reform seventy times and provoked more thinking. Healthcare reform is always in respect of each person＇s vital interests. Therefore, the author put forward several views on how to understand the spirit of reform and deepen medical reform.
