近年来,医患纠纷越来越受到社会的关注,由医患纠纷而导致的伤害事件也越来越多,医患之间的关系也受到了前所未有的考验。经文献统计分析,医患沟通不良是引起投诉和纠纷的重要因素。本文拟通过文献研究,了解近些年来学者们对医患沟通障碍的研究成果,以期为进一步的研究寻求合理的切入点。
