奥氮平对老年痴呆患者智能及生存能力影响观察

Influence of olanzapine for intelligent and survivability in patients with senile dementia

目的观察奥氮平对老年痴呆患者智能及生存能力的影响。方法选取2009年6月至2011年5月在本院进行治疗的86例老年痴呆患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用氯氮平进行治疗,观察组采用奥氮平进行治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前及治疗后4、12周的HDS量表及ADL量表评估结果。结果观察组治疗后4、12周HDS量表各项目及总分均高于对照组,ADL量表为良率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗老年痴呆患者显效快,其对患者智能及生存能力的影响优于氯氮平。

Objective To observe the influence of olanzapine for intelligent and survivability in patients with senile dementia.Methods Eighty-six patients with senile dementia in our hospital from June 2009 to May 2011 were selected as research object.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 patients in each group.The control group were treated with clozapine,while the observation group were treated with olanzapine.Then the HDS score and ADL score of two groups before and after the treatment at 4th and 12th week were evaluated and compared.Results The each item and total points of HDS score were all higher than those of control group,the good rate of ADL score of observation group were higher than those of control group;the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Olanzapine can be used for the treatment of senile dementia with markedly effective fast.The influence of olanzapine for intelligent and survivability in patients with senile dementia is better than those of clozapine.
