高职护生实习前主观幸福感影响因素的多元回归分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的调查高职护生实习前主观幸福感的基本情况,探讨护生的学习成绩、自我效能感与主观幸福感的关系。方法采用青少年主观幸福感量表和一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES),对208名高职护生进行实习前问卷调查,用SPSS 13.0软件进行多元回归分析。结果实习前护生主观幸福感整体处于中等水平,生活满意度平均得分为4.65±0.55;自我效能感平均得分为2.33±0.42。护生的学习成绩(x2)、自我效能感(x1)与主观幸福感(Y)显著相关,回归方程为Y=1.415x1-8.608x2+153.521。结论护理教育及实习管理者应重视加强对实习前护生的专业知识培训和自我效能感培养,以增强该群体的主观幸福感,保证实习的顺利进行。 Objective To investigate the subject well-being of nursing students before clinical internship and to explore its relationship with self-efficacy and academic records. Methods A total of 208 nursing students were investigated with General Self-Efficacy Scale[GSES)and Subject Well-being Scale. Correlation between factors of GSES and subject well-being was analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results Statistics showed that nursing students subjective well-being was at a medium level,the average score of life satisfaction and self-efficacy were 4.65 ± 0.55,2.33 ±0. 42, respectively. Academic performance ( x2 ) , self-efficacy ( x1 ) and subjective well-being ( Y ) were significantly correlated,which fit a regression equation: Y= 1. 415x18. 608x2 + 153. 521. Conclusion To ensure their smooth transition to clinical practice,educators should pay attention to strengthen the professional knowledge and selF-efficacy training of nursing students in order to enhance their sense of subjective well-being.
