摘要
以叔碳酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯为主要原料,采用高比例种子乳液聚合法,选用阴离子乳化剂和非离子乳化剂的复合体系,合成具有高透明度、高光泽、高牢度的丙烯酸酯聚合物。重点考察了种子乳液数量、乳化剂、功能性单体、交联单体、反应温度对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,该乳液具有较好的透明度,用于皮革涂饰,光泽亮丽,耐曲挠,耐干湿擦可达4级以上。
The acrylate polymer, which had extremely limpid, high glossy and good fastness property, was prepared with vinyl tertiary carbonate, isobornyl methacrylate ( CAS: 7534-94-3 ), butyl acrylate ( CAS: 141-32-2 ), methacrylic acid (CAS: 37721-71-4 ), N-(hydroxymethyl) methacrylamid (CAS: 923-02-4 ), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (CAS: 15625-89-5) through applying high ratio seed emulsion polymerization and choosing compound system of anionic emulsifier and non-ionic emulsifier. After studying the influence of amount of seed emulsion, emulsifier, functional monomer and crosslinking monomer, reaction temperature on this emulsion performance, it was found that this polymer emulstion was transparent in appearance, and as leather finishing agent, it was featured with bright luster and anti-flexible, and the dry and wet abrasion fastness could reach at least grade 4.
