椎管内硬脊膜外血管母细胞瘤伴出血1例报道并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 脊髓血管母细胞瘤是一种良性的血管性肿瘤,约占脊髓肿瘤的2%,多位于硬脊膜下髓内,硬脊膜外罕见,国内外仅有零星个案报道[1-4]。为提高对该病的认识,现报道我院MRI诊断后由手术病理证实的1例并复习文献如下。
