康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

The observation of the clinical effect for Kangfuxin liquid and Esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的探讨康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法将140例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组72例和对照组68例。对照组给予含埃索美拉唑的常规三联疗法治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予康复新液口服治疗。对2组内镜疗效、临床症状评分、Hp根除以及1年内复发情况进行比较。结果观察组溃疡痊愈率为80.56%,高于对照组的70.59%;2组治疗后临床症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后腹痛、嗳气以及综合评分均明显低于对照组;观察组1年内溃疡复发率为18.06%,低于对照组的26.47%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率为84.72%,对照组为86.76%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid and esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods 140 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=72） and control group（n=68）.The control group was given esomeprazole oral treatment.The observation group was given Kangfuxin liquid and esomeprazole treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical performance of two groups of patients,efficacy,Hp eradication and recurrence after one year were compared.Results The ulcer healing rate in observation group and control groups was 80.56% and 70.59% respectively;The clinical score after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment.The abdominal pain,belching,and composite score in the observation group were significantly lower than control group after the treatment.The 1-year recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group（18.06% vs 26.47%）,and the difference was significant（P0.05）.The differences of Hp eradication rate in observation group and control group was 84.72% and 86.76%,without statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined effect of rehabilitation of Kangfuxin liquid and esomeprazole is better than the before application,is worthy of clinical application.
