前列欣胶囊联合不同剂量强的松治疗抗精子抗体转阴的临床观察

Clinical study on the treatment of serum AsAb by Qianliexin Capsules combined treatment with various doses of Prednisone

目的观察前列欣胶囊联合不同剂量强的松治疗免疫性不育患者血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)转阴的临床疗效。方法将267例男性免疫性不育患者随机分为治疗A组126例、治疗B组88例和对照组53例。治疗A组予以前列欣胶囊联合小剂量强的松治疗,治疗B组予以前列欣胶囊联合大剂量强的松治疗,对照组仅予以强的松治疗。观察并比较各组血清AsAb转阴情况。结果治疗A、B组总有效率分别为93.65%、86.36%,均高于对照组的64.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但治疗A组和B组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列欣胶囊联合不同剂量强的松治疗免疫性不育患者血清AsAb转阴临床疗效明显。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Qianliexin Capsules combined with various doses of Prednisone preparation treatment of immune infertility,antisperm antibodies（AsAb） turning to negative.Methods 267 cases of male immune infertility patients were randomly divided into the treatment group A of 126 cases,treatment group B of 88 cases and control group of 53 cases.Treatment group A received Qianliexin Capsule Combined with small dose of prednisolone therapy,treatment group B received Qianliexin Capsule Combined with large dose of prednisolone treatment,the control group only received prednisone treatment.The serum concentrations of AsAb negative effect was observed.Results The efficiency rate of treatment group A was 93.65% and 86.36%,compared with the control group（64.15%）,the difference was significant（P0.01）;No significant difference between the treatment A and B groups was found（P0.05）.Conclusion Qianliexin Capsules combined with various doses of Prednisone preparation treatment of immune infertility is effective.
