儿童期夜间发作性疾病研究进展
摘要
非癫痫发作是类似癫痫发作而脑电图无痫样放电的临床事件[1].儿童期非痫性发作的疾病谱广,且难以与癫痫发作相鉴别,易误诊为癫痫发作,尤其是夜间发作.有些儿童同时患有癫痫发作及非痫性发作,这进一步增加了鉴别难度[2].本文对近年来对儿童期夜间发作性疾病进展综述如下.
