摘要
目的探讨社区干预对2型糖尿病治疗效果的影响。方法选择2010年10月—2012年1月我院门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者120例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各60例,干预组在给予药物治疗的同时实施社区干预措施,对照组单纯给予药物控制。比较两组病人干预前、干预后1、2、4周空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖的控制情况。结果空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖比较干预组的控制情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区干预可促进2型糖尿病血糖的控制效果,培养患者正确的生活方式。
Objective To explore the community intervention on type 2 diabetes mellitus intervention effect.Methods 2010 October-2012 January my courtyard outpatient treatment in type 2 diabetic patients 120 cases,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 60 cases in each group,the intervention group in addition to drug treatment at the same time the implementation of community intervention,the control group only received drug control.A comparison between two patient groups before the intervention,intervention and after 1,2,4 weeks of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose control in 2h.Results The fasting blood glucose,postprandial glycemic index 2H compared intervention control condition was better than the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The community intervention can promote blood glucose in type 2 diabetes control effect,training patients to the correct way of life.
