白细胞介素11治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察白介素11治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的疗效和不良反应。方法将47例恶性肿瘤患者分成两组,A组应用白介素11,B组应用升血小板胶囊,比较观察两组患者用药后第7天和第14天的血小板水平。结果 A组第7天和第14天的血小板计数明显高于治疗前和同期B组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗前后有升高趋势,但无显著差异。结论白介素11治疗化疗后血小板减少安全、有效。
