摘要
目的探讨中药治疗心力衰竭的疗效及注意事项。方法回顾性分析中药治疗心力衰竭患者55例的临床资料。结果 55例患者中,显效25例,好转23例,无效3例,死亡4例。结论及时处理外邪羁留、阴精亏损、心神失宁等问题,可提高心力衰竭的中药治疗效果。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect and matters needing attention of Chinese medicine in heart failure.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of Chinese medicine in 55 cases of heart failure patients.Results In the 55 patients,25 cases were obviously effective,23 cases were effective,3 case was inefficacy and 4 cases died.ConclusionTimely processing of exogenous factor detention,sex fluid loss,mind lost rather can improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment on heart failure.
