摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁联合正天丸治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法将63例偏头痛患者随机分为试验组32例和对照组31例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪联合硫酸镁治疗,试验组给予硫酸镁联合正天丸治疗。对比分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为90.62%明显高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合正天丸治疗偏头痛疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with Zhengtianwan in migraine.Methods 63 cases of patients with migraine were randomly divided into experimental group（32 cases） and control group（31 cases）.Control group was given flunarizine combined with magnesium sulfate.Experimental group was given magnesium sulfate combined with Zhengtianwan.Compared the outcomes of two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group（90.62%） was significantly higher than control group（80.65%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with Zhengtianwan in migraine has a significant effect,the recurrence rate is low,is worthy of clinical application.
