心理护理对重症手足口疾病患儿呼吸机支持治疗的影响

Effect of psychological care on severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children with ventilator support treatment

目的探讨心理护理对重症手足口病患儿呼吸机支持治疗的影响。方法将64例重症手足口病患儿随机分为心理护理组和对照组各32例。对照组予常规护理,心理护理组在对照组常规护理的基础上予心理护理治疗。观察2组患儿治疗前后心理状态的变化。结果治疗后,2组患儿症状自评量表(SCL-90)分值均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且心理护理组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论有效的心理护理可减轻行呼吸机支持治疗的重症手足口病患儿及家长的心理负担,提高其生存质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological care on severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children with ventilator support treatment.Methods 64 cases children of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into psychological care group and control group,each of 32 cases.Control group treated with conventional care,psychological care group received psychological care treatment on the basis of control group.Observed children mental state of two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,symptom checklist（SCL-90） score of two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and psychological care group decline was more pronounced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Effective psychological care can reduce the psychological burden of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children with ventilator support treatment and parents,and improve their quality of life.
