自拟芩翘双丹方联合中药外敷治疗寻常痤疮48例疗效观察

Effect observation of self Qinqiaoshuangdan combined with traditional Chinese medicine topical in acne vulgaris:on 48 cases report

目的探讨自拟芩翘双丹方联合中药外敷治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法 48例寻常痤疮患者采用自拟芩翘双丹方联合中药外敷进行治疗,并观察其疗效。结果 48例患者中痊愈20例,显效17例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为95.8%。结论自拟芩翘双丹方联合中药外敷对寻常痤疮有较好疗效,且未发现明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of self Qinqiaoshuangdan combined with traditional Chinese medicine topical in acne vulgaris.Methods 48 cases of acne vulgaris was given with self Qinqiaoshuangdan combined with traditional Chinese medicine topical,and observed the efficacy.Results Among 48 patients,20 cases were cured,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 95.8%.Conclusion Self Qinqiaoshuangdan combined with traditional Chinese medicine topical for acne vulgaris has a good effect,and no adverse effects were found,worthy of clinical application.
