原发性青光眼患者血清多种元素及一氧化氮、促红细胞生成素及外周血T细胞亚群变化研究

Study on the change of a variety of serum elements,nitric oxide,erythropoietin and peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with primary glaucoma

目的探讨原发性青光眼患者血清多种元素及一氧化氮(NO)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)及外周血T细胞亚群的变化规律。方法选取36例原发性青光眼患者作为观察组,同时选取同期的36名健康体检人员作为对照组。将2组血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素12(IL-12)、NO、EPO及外周血T细胞亚群水平进行检测及比较。结果观察组血清IL-6、IL-12、NO、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均低于对照组,CD8+、EPO高于对照组,且其波动幅度与严重程度呈正相关。结论原发性青光眼患者血清多种元素及NO、EPO及外周血T细胞亚群的变化规律较为明显,可反映疾病的发展及转归。

Objective To study the variation of a variety of serum elements,nitric oxide（NO）,erythropoietin（EPO） and peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with primary glaucoma.Methods 36 patients with primary glaucoma were selected as observation group,36 healthy peoples at the same time were selected as control group,then the serum interleukin（IL-6）,interleukin（IL-12）,NO,EPO and peripheral blood T cell subsets of two groups were detected and compared.Results The serum IL-6,IL-12,NO,CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ of observation group were all lower than those of control group,CD8^＋,EPO were higher than those of control group,there was a positive correlation between severity of disease and fluctuation range of serum factors,there were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The variation of a variety of serum elements,NO,EPO and peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with primary glaucoma is obvious,and it can reflect the development and prognosis of disease.
