摘要 本文提出一种用于氧传感器测试的总体台架方案设计。总体的台架方案包括基础台架、信号采集系统以及参数标定系统。本文还根据氧传感器测试所需的各工况要求,采用D2P快速原型方法开发了专用的试验控制系统,实现对各测试工况下空燃比的精确控制。最后对一款开关型氧传感器进行各项性能测试,测试结果证明本氧传感器测试台架设计合理,运行可靠。 This paper presents a design of testing bench for oxygen sensor. The overall framwork includes basic testing bench, the signal acquisition system and parameter calibration system. According to the test conditions required, This article also analyze The corresponding air-fuel ratio control strategy, using D2P rapid prototyping method to develope the dedicated test control systems, To achieve precise control of air- fuel ratio. Finally, a switching type oxygen sensor is tested for the performance, the test results prove that the oxygen sensor test bench designed and reliable operation.
