健康教育路径计算机模块的建立与应用 被引量:30

摘要 目的指导护士实施规范的路径化健康教育,达到最大化的资源共享。方法建立常见疾病共性、专科、专痛及变异的健康教育路径计算机模块,通过信息系统引擎,搜索自动生成组合式常见疾病健康教育路径表。结果试验组对健康教育效果满意度比对照组提高5.52%,住院时间缩短4.31d,在掌握相关知识与技能、认知与行为改变等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论健康教育路径计算机模块,将原本弹性的、难以量化的健康教育内容以路径化的方法进行了系统整合,对临床护理工作起到了引导及规范的作用,增强了患者的依从性及主动参与意识,提高了健康教育效果和质量。 Objective To guide nurses to implement standardized health education and achieve maximum resources sharing. Methods An intelligent critical health education pathway database for common diseases was developed, in which the critical health education pathway table could be generated by searching engine in the database. Results Being compared with the control group,the patient satisfaction with health education in the exprimental group was significantly increased(P〈0.01),their hospital stay was shortened by 4.31 days ,and their knowledge ,skills and behaviors were significantly improved (P〈0.01). Conclusions The development of intelligent critical health education clinical pathway database integrates the contents of health education which was elastic and difficult to be quantified before. It can guide and standardize nursing work,improve patients' compliance and active participation,and thereby to improve the effectiveness and quality of health educatio.n.
