护理本科生时间管理倾向与一般自我效能感及焦虑的相关性研究 被引量:36

The relationship among undergraduate nursing students' time management disposition,self-efficacy and anxiety

摘要 目的调查护理本科生时间管理倾向的状况及其在性别、年级和专业志愿等人口学资料上的特点,探讨护理本科生时间管理倾向与一般自我效能感、焦虑的相关性。方法便利选取257名护理本科生为调查对象,采用青少年时间管理倾向量表、一般自我效能感量表、焦虑自评量表对其进行调查。采用分层回归分析法,分析护理本科生时间管理倾向与一般自我效能感、焦虑的相关性。结果护理本科生时间管理倾向得分为(3.372±0.422)分,其时间管理倾向在性别、年级和专业志愿方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理本科生的时间管理倾向与一般自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.537,P<0.01),而与焦虑呈负相关(r=-0.163,P<0.01)。结论护理本科生时间管理倾向水平较高,护理教师应根据不同性别、年级、专业志愿的护理本科生时间管理倾向的特点,针对性地开展培养和指导工作,提高其自我效能感及科学地管理和利用时间的能力,促进护理本科生的学习、成长与发展。 Objective To investigate undergraduate nursing students' time management disposition,and analyze the relation- ship among time management disposition,self efficacy and anxiety. Methods A total of 257 undergraduate nursing students were recruited by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD) ,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). The relationship among time management disposition,self-efficacy and anxiety was analyzed by regression analysis. Results The mean score of nursing students' time management disposition was 3.372±0.422. There were significant differences on the scores of time management disposition among different sex,grades and professional preference. The nursing students' time management disposition was positively correlated with self efficaey(r=0.537,P〈0.01) and negatively correlated with anxiety(r=-0.163,P〈0.01). Conclusions The level of undergraduate nursing students' time management disposition is relatively high. Nursing teachers should take targeted measures according to the characteristics of students' sex,grade and professional preference,to help nursing students improve self efficacy and ability of time management,and thereby to promote their study and individual development.
